We are now recruiting mentors and mentees for the 2018-19 academic year. We encourage you to apply if you are a Penn student or alumni. This will be a valuable experience for you to build connections and learn from the process.

You will be contacted by one of the M&M board members after we have reviewed your application to facilitate your matching process. Even though we cannot guarantee that everyone get matched, we will try our best to give your a good match. In addition, if you are students with professional working experiences, we will give match priority to you if you apply to be both a mentor and a mentee.
